REFUND POLICY

At prideoftraditional.com, we take utmost care in ensuring product quality and safe delivery. If you are not satisfied due to product damage, we offer a simple return and refund process under the conditions mentioned below.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective products.
Unboxing video is mandatory when placing a return request. Without a proper unboxing video, return claims will not be accepted.
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging.

2. Return Request Process

To request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and the unboxing video.
Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges, customs fees, or additional handling costs are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Products without an unboxing video.
Products damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or incorrect storage.
Change of mind or dissatisfaction with product size, color, or design (unless damaged).

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (unboxing video).
